5 lessons of Corona This will help us to combat climate change

Could the devastating impact of the new coronavirus pandemic, the momentum that the climate movement to destroy has built over the last year? Some say they fear that the economic consequences of climate will push the list of priorities for governments, and that the travel restrictions delayed the Conference United Nations force on climate change. This can not happen. What brought us to this unprecedented landmark for climate change takes climate change. We saw huge fires and record flooding, from California to Siberia, all within a year. Unfortunately, these negative effects will continue both in frequency and intensity. If we thought we could forget, I am sorry to say that nature remember. In fact, I think in recent weeks, as terrible as they are for so many people, we have learned crucial lessons that we, to learn, need a new era of radical collaborative action to reduce emissions and get to slow climate change. Like everyone else, I can not believe we have learned these five lessons in a few days. The global challenges have no national boundaries. Some people seem to think it immune to global crises such as climate change would be developed “on the other side of the world.” I think the bubble has burst. No one is immune to geographically coronavirus and the same goes for climate change real. As a society, we are only as safe as our most vulnerable people. During COVID-19 burst, the elderly and people with health conditions are more susceptible to the crown and arms are more susceptible to its economic impact. This makes us all more vulnerable. This lesson led us into a space of solidarity that we have never seen before. We care because we want to ensure that each is altruism, and that we are sure. This is exactly the thought that we deal with climate change. Global challenges call for systemic changes – changes that can only be activated by the government or businesses. But they also require changes in individual behavior. We need both. We have seen in recent weeks that governments can take drastic measures, and we can change our behavior quickly. Prevention is better than cure. AND ‘cheaper and safer to prevent people who try to control and the spread of the virus for the treatment suffered large number of cases. This has always been the case in the health sector. And climate change, it is much better to be out of control as the temperature rises to figure out how to deal with the enormous consequences. All of our response measures must be based on science. There are many myths surrounding the crown, as are many myths about climate change. But countries and people base their answers to what health experts say it is better. Even on climate change we must act in line with what the science tells us, rather than follow myths or misinformation. Stay up to date on the growing threat to global health, by signing up for our daily newsletter crown. Of course there are also significant differences with COVID-19 that react to make a more positive experience on climate change. The crown needs are addressed by personal isolation, while the climate to deal with coming together and work needs. Social distance measures that have caused economic paralysis, while our answer should actually strengthen the economy to climate change and improve. Financial governments and leaders are already considering economic stimulus so hard hit by the economy virus. Surprisingly, these decisions are the most important decision on climate change. will start when there is investment in the economy paralyzed, are directed to high carbon investments and industrial potential of our current closed the emissions curve in this decade to bend. Must accelerate the energy transition on the other side, with interest rates at historic lows, political and financial leader to unprecedented historical opportunity forward to a sure way to a 50% reduction in emissions by 2030. I hope that the shaken put this pandemic to ignore their desire for global issues such as climate change people overhang. I hope that our growing sense of urgency and solidarity to take the stubborn optimism and empowerment, the action can be a terrible thing to this situation gets out. In fact, while we finally normal that we never again this pandemic, the weather than normal, back.
