Sleep is so easy to take for granted, and many of us do, but more to show science how important sleep is for a healthy body and mind. So I talked to health at a time of reception Andre Iguodala and Dr. Cheri Mah love getting the best from our sleep. Andre, a three-time NBA champion with a career of 14 years in the league, has long been an advocate of the importance of sleep. He met Cheri, a physician-scientist at the University of California, San Francisco, by his coach and team who helped us to rethink his sleep and change your sleep habits. Before he changed his sleeping habits are divided Andre his thoughts on long discussion about the social and racial injustice that need to happen in this country, and how important this movement should be initiated for a permanent change. He gives an example poignant staff as systemic racism in our country, and discussed the changes he has seen during his career, as well, that are made for true social justice, the need for change. Create a final routine you prepare for sleep, to read as journaling. Make your friendly sleep sleeping environment with shades, fresh sheets and a relatively cool temperature. Have your partner do the same changes of sleep. Turn off electronics or put them in another room. Wear comfortable pajamas.
